1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website forms or join our SMS program. Kids services are booked by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for the child and stays responsible for them during the visit.

2. SMS Program Description

Nancy Nail SMS is a text messaging program run by Nancy Nail 1 LLC. When you opt in through a form on our website, you agree to receive these types of messages at the mobile number you gave us:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Replies to questions you send us
• Follow ups after your visit
• Salon updates like holiday hours or schedule changes
• Promotional offers and specials, only if you checked the separate marketing consent box

Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

• STOP Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one final text confirming it, then no more messages.
• HELP Reply HELP for help with the program, or call us at 845-232-5994.
• START Reply START to subscribe again after opting out.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Any charges depend on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network coverage, and we can't guarantee every message will arrive.

8. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours ahead.
• Running late? Call us. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or move you to the next open time.
• Repeated late cancellations or no shows may mean we ask for a deposit before booking you again.
• Unhappy with a service? Tell us within 3 days and we'll take a look and work out a fix with you.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dutchess County, New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version, and using our website or SMS program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
